Although I was glad to see this back on the market after a number of years (regularly used to purchase the whole Amber Vanille range), this reformulation isn’t all that great. An indulgent, perfumed treat. Not sure it’s worth the price tag and I feel you are paying for the fragrance rather than any seriously moisturising benefits. Not sure I would repurchase even if on offer…

Beautiful scent
I adore this cream, feels lovely on my skin and the scent does last too, especially if you pair it with the body wash. It's a gorgeous vanilla smell which isn't sickly at all. Smells expensive and IS expensive! But totally worth it.

I was a bit worried about this product being not as nice as I remembered it with the new packaging (and being honest, I preferred the previous look!) but the product itself is still as silly soft and absorbs so nicely into the skin. I smell like a vanilla bean all day :)

My favourite cream!
Laura Mercier’s Ambre Vanille Serum Body Cream is nice and lively smell but it has changed probably the formula . The scent does not last long and plus the size is 200 instead of 300 it used to be , but the price is still high !

My New Favourite
Adore this body creme, it is so thick and creamy but spreads really nicely; especially when you use it after showering or the bath as your skin is still damp so the moisture can really sink into your pores. My skin feels so soft and it has been great to use both before and after applying fake tan to make it last longer and not dry my skin out. Feels luxurious and expensive x
