No real difference with vs without. I’m not a big primer user, but I wanted to see what this can do - not a lot. If you are wanting a little more hydration it will do that for you, but I think your moneys better spent on a moisturiser/serum. It does give the tiniest amount of radiance on bare skin.

If you are in search of a primer that does it all, look no further! This product is amazing for all types of skin.
