Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.

Best eye pencil I've tried!
What the title says! It's smooth and stays put on my very hooded eyelids. It's better than the Urban Decay 24/7 as the latter one transferred. I also like the built in sharpener and the sponge tool for smudging.
