Disappointed, not what I thought
I bought this to blend out concealer under my eye. Unfortunately this isn't fluffy, nor does it blend very well for this particular area. I'd say this is a brush that's great for applying concealer under the eye or anywhere on the face, but works better with a dabbing motion. It didn't blend under my eyes and seemed to move the concealer about instead. Not particularly soft either.
