If a good foundation I don’t think it’s full coverage personally and not a glow finish it’s more Matte. I like it’s a screw lid and not a pump as the pump doesn’t always work.

I usually used Estée Lauder double wear however, I've felt it looked a bit cakey on my face recently and doesn't spread out too easily so I end up using lots of product. I thought I'd try nars sheer glow after reading reviews and wow, it's so good. It's spreads lovely and such good coverage. I was expecting it to be light coverage but it covered my spots well (even better than double wear does)! Please don't let this product be discontinued.
