Hard, uncomfortable, worthless
Possibly the worst eyeliner I've ever tried. I'm shocked I've heard people say this is good. The pencil is very hard and uncomfortable to use. Because it's so hard you barely get any coverage/pigment pay off. Its completely worthless, I can't recommend this for anyone.
