This oil has changed my hair, I've been using as a pre-shampoo treatment for well over a year. The condition of my hair has dramatically changed and I can see the growth as it's healthy. It is a thick oil so I only use as a pre treatment, i use the sprits version to finish my hair when its dry and styled.
