This helps keep my hair in excellent condition. I’ve gone from dark brown to blonde in a period of 18 months by having highlights every 7 weeks. After a couple of months my hair felt dry and frazzled but I started using this once a week and the results were instant - hair in good condition, no dryness and with a beautiful shine. I now use this at least once a month to keep the results. I use the shampoo and conditioner too. These products are expensive but you don’t need to use as much as other brands. Worth it in my opinion.
