Love olaplex
You hear so many mixed reviews about olaplex but I can say it has done wonders for my hair. I had a lot of breakage my hair had totally snapped, it made me feel so insecure. I went back to my original hairdressers she did a few olaplex treatments for me and bought it back to life. she recommended no3 as a home treatment. I would leave it on for 10/15 mins first on wet hair and then after seeing results I was leaving it on as an intense treatment overnight. would highly recommend you to do that if your hair is really damaged but make sure it's fully locked in and dry before you sleep.
