I wash my hair once a week, so I rotate this over a 3 (sometimes 4) week schedule where I’ll use a different treatment as conditioner. I use this one week, a regular olaplex conditioner and then the k18 mask. Sometimes I will use another random hair mask too. It’s really good though, leaves my hair soft and since my new hair care routine my hairs became longer than it’s been ever within like 2 months honestly!! I wouldn’t fully put it down to the product because before this I was sleeping with my hair wet and not being delicate with brushing it but I will say that spending so much on hair care products is a really good motivation to start actually taking care of your hair yk? I spend a long time really massaging my hair when I shampoo it and stuff now.

Seems to make a difference
I am a big fan of Olaplex no.3 and so I was excited about the mask. Seemed to need an awful lot more than the recommended 3 pumps, even when I really worked it into my hair it took about 10 pumps. Also, did not see a huge difference, but perhaps my hair was already pretty well hydrated. I will keep on using it for now, but I am not sure if it is worth the price.
