Olaplex No.3 has made a huge difference to the condition of my hair - I am not a natural blonde, so this helps keep my hair healthy between appointments. This is not a conditioner or 'normal' hair mask - from my understanding, this is like a protein mask for your hair, so I always use a good conditioner afterwards. I use this once per month, alongside a hair mask to ensure my hair gets all the nutrients. I usually leave on for about 1 hour, ensuring that my hair is still damp throughout that hour. I have noticed a big difference in the strength of my from using this over the last 12 months - would definitely recommend.
