I Wouldn't suggest using without 0
I like this sólo and in conjunction with no 0 especially to combat breakage. Since getting back to back texture release olaplex 0 & 3 have kept my curls coming back when I honestly thought they would be fried. It really works best with 0, without it it's not really worth it. They belong ✨Together ✨ at which point it becomes a shut up and take my money product. Hair type 4b/4c - If you are getting a one off silk press and want to avoid the worst of the damage, use 0&3 after cleansing your hair, leave on for an hour. It will revive them curls
