Hair felt smoother and stronger after a few uses. However, needs to be applied to damp hair as a pre treatment before washing so can be a little inconvenient and only for those ‘everything shower’ days hahaha

I have my lengths lightened twice a year, and my roots tinted every 6 weeks, and this keeps it looking shiny and healthy, with minimal damage. I use it once a week, and once before and after hair appts to keep my hair in good condition. It grows really fast, and despite being very fine, always looks full and strong, with very few split ends, due to using this consistently. Love!
