good if you can't get or don't really need K18
If you don't have very damaged hair and don't mind spending a long time (20-40 mins) with this on your hair, you don't need K18 and this is a good product to maintain your hair's health at a much cheaper price. A little goes a long way, even if it feels like it doesn't. If hair health is your biggest priority and you can get your hands on K18, do so, as the ingredient in K18 does what Olaplex does but also more than what Olaplex does, and does it much faster. If not, this is a very good and also cheaper alternative that still offers good benefits of an ingredient not found anywhere else on the market.
