Apply 2 coats to bare nails followed by an additional coat daily. Remove on day 7 if desired.

I really like this as it’s really strengthened my nails and I apply it every night for a week and it hasn’t chipped. I would have given it 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed that it’s not as opaque as I would have liked and you can still see through it
