A conditioning treatment by Philip Kingsley, the Swimcap Water-Resistant Mask protects the hair from the damaging effects of both chlorinated and salt water, while UV absorbers defend from discolouration caused by the sun.
Originally developed for US Olympic Synchronised Swimming Team, the formula is now used by swimmers and as a summer saviour, working to nourish and care for all hair types, including coloured and chemically treated. Fortified with hydrolysed elastin, the hair mask encourages visible strength and body, alongside helping to minimise the look of breakage and damage by plumping the fibres with lightweight moisture. Castor and olive oil lend long-lasting hydration, supporting a silky, high-shine finish that’s soft to the touch. Apply before sunbathing or swimming to damp hair for best results.

Worked great on holiday
I have blonde hair and extensions so was a bit skeptical to go in the water because my ends had already turned warm/ brassy due the sun (without using product). I was going to a water park so i lathered this through my hair and put it in a bun. Thought-out the day my bun came loose so my hair was completely in the water. When i washed my hair it didn’t have any green or pink tones. This mask was great to prevent any discolouration so i highly recommend if you have extensions. Only thing is is that it’s a small tube and I feel like it won’t last very long although I did use quite a lot and kept reapplying just to be safe

I was not expecting this to be as fantastic as it is! My hair was great all holiday! I was in the sea and sun all day every day and this mask stopped any dryness and I had soft shiny hair after washing. My bleached hair had no brassiness from the sun/chlorine and I would purchase this for every holiday in future!
