Perfect powder brush
Before ordering this brush I was reading the reviews and I am happy I didn´t listen to the negative ones. This brush is great - the bristles are soft and nice; it is very comfortable to apply powder with it. I have other brushes from Real Techniques and it is the usual quality they provide. Disappointing!!!
I have been buying from look fantastic for years and have never been disappointed until I purchased this product. The brush looks nothing like the picture and looks like it doesn't even belong to real techniques. Really disappointed and highly let down. Furthermore the returns procedure couldn't be worse!! You have to chat to an agent and wait for them to email you the returns label which I had to do a couple of times before I even got that....

Not soft, quite hard and itchy
I ordered it after watching some YouTube videos recommendations. Everyone said its you must have and super soft. HOWEVER. It's not soft but hard and itchy. I realized the package and label are different from the ones in boots and then suspect whether this is fake or secondary. But the customer service told me its the brands new package. So.... What can I do. Lol. But unfortunately, it's just not comfortable and useless now.
