The best toner !!! When I wipe my face with this on a cotton pad I can actual see the dirt and oil on the pad. No other toner has beat this one for me. My skin is not sensitive, but I think those with sensitive skin may have to build their tolerance up to this - although it’s made up of all natural ingredients which I love.
