With hydrating ingredients, I Heart Revolution Fixing Sprays leave skin looking fresh and dewy for longer lasting makeup.
After applying your makeup, simply shake the bottle, hold the fixing spray at arms length and then spray the microfine mist until your makeup is fully covered. Avoid any direct contact with the eyes.

Does what you want but too highly scented
It does the job as a makeup setter but it's so highly scented. It completely overtook the scent of my perfume and all I could smell was this. Wouldn't buy again and probably won't finish the bottle as I think I'll get too put off by the scent.
