Easy to use, never dries out, but does smudge
This has lasted for forever the pen still hasnt dried out. Its easy to use and is very black however I do find that it can smudge quite easily on me.

I can't for the life of me do liquid eyeliner.. But usings these felt tip type liners are perfect. I am very happy with this product! It is easy to apply, doesn't fade and is less smudgey than others I have used. Would recommend.
