Not 100% certain it works for me
The Sleep mist smelt lovely and seemed to give a calming effect, but I’m not 100% sure on it’s effects to help me sleep. I’ve used this very regularly for about 3 weeks and I haven’t noticed much of a difference on the days I used it to when I forgot to, as I seem to struggle to stay asleep. I think I will need to keep using the product. It does seem to help me fall asleep quicker than normal, but it didn’t help me to stay asleep. The packaging is very nice and it looks appealing to leave on the bed side table.

Sleep mist
After having trouble sleeping I tried the Sanctuary Spa Wellness Solutions Sleep Mist. I just sprayed it on the pillow before going to bed. The mist has a lovely aroma that relaxes and somehow allowed me to fall asleep. Don't know how it works but it does!

It really works
I was a bit sceptical about the mist, however i can honestly say that it works! I struggled with my sleep recently and was waking up during night or couldn't fall asleep. Since i started using it, i sleep whole night long, no waking up and easily falling asleep. It also smells fantastic and chills you out and relaxes you. I would never believe if someone told me that it would work! I was checking and comparing my sleep score on the band from before this miracle mist and after and I can recommend this product to everyone who struggle with their sleep. Simply amazing!

Goodbye to sleeping tablets
I’m of an age with the menopause knocking on the door. Seem to be experiencing hot flushes and night sweats, coupled with unprecedented summer weather, has made trying to get to sleep hard work. I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks, and have to admit I was somewhat sceptical that it would help. Well firstly it smells amazing, which in itself is very calming. Secondly, and most importantly it works. I feel relaxed and fall asleep within minutes. I’m obviously getting good quality sleep, as I wake up no longer feeling sluggish. The knock on effect is that as a result of better quality sleep, I have more energy. My husband has commented that I’m less snappy in the mornings, so for me this is now an essential product. I’ve ditched the sleeping tablets and will continue to use this instead.

Miracle in a bottle!
I don't think I can live without this stuff now! Firstly, the smell is nice. Usually these types of products smell overwhelmingly of lavender, which I can't stand! This one doesn't, it's beautiful. It doesn't leave the pillow feeling wet when you spray it on. I'm don't think this spray has helped me fall asleep, but it has certainly helped in keeping me asleep! I used to toss, turn and stir a lot. With this I can't remember the last time I was staring at a clock at 3am! Absolutely will be adding this to my routine.

Relax with Sanctuary!
Smells gorgeous and gives your bed a spa aroma. I find it very relaxing and feel it helps me wind down and sleep well. Totally recommended for people with an active mind before sleep. See it as a tool help you chill!

Slept like a baby!
I was skeptical at first but honestly this mist works! On the nights I used it I noticed that I slept a lot better, woke up less at night and felt less restless. The fragrance is so nice not overpowering at all and really calming. Love the product!

Love this sleep mist!
This sleep mist has a lovely scent, I find having a bedtime routine really helps me sleep better and this is a vital step in my routine. I usually use the Feather & Doen mist but I prefer the smell of this one!

Really works
When I got this I really wasn't sure if it would help but it does really work I was so surprised. I slept so well its amazing and smells amazing too. Definitely recommend trying this
