Attractive, fragrant and works!
The product took was not a magical potion for a guaranteed night sleep, however I did get it to work for me after several nights of trying it. For best results, I kept the mist on my bedside table and when I woke in the middle of the night, I would spray it on my pillow and breathe deeply. This soon seemed to help a restful night! I will be purchasing again and it will be accompanying me on overnight stays and holidays also!

Lovely sleep mist
Loved using this sleep mist. Lovely soft natural sent, not overpowering. Light mist spray that dries quickly. Liked that you could use on your skin as well as pillow. Really felt it helped me fall asleep and sleep through more than I normally would. Definitely one to try if you have trouble sleeping.

Sanctuary Spa Sleep In A Bottle
Beautiful fragrance. I have to admit I was expecting Lavender, but was pleasantly surprised by this subtle scent. Approved by PETA , states cruelty free on bottle. I sprayed my pillow and body and the aroma helped me relax, as I usually find it difficult to get to sleep. Seemed better than a lot of alternatives I’ve tried.

A bottle of wonderful!
Absolutely love this! It's got a gorgeous smell and actually works! I was very cynical to be honest.... but it works like a charm! So much so that I sprayed done on the pillow of my little boy who has additional needs and has problems with sleeping..... and it got him to sleep too!

SANCTUARY SPA SLEEP MIST
Finally I thought…..a sleep mist that doesn’t have an overwhelming aroma of lavender !!! Yay !!!! This mist smells absolutely blissful and the fact you can use it on you skin to hydrate is a massive bonus but…..I’m afraid I found a big BUT. It just didn’t help me to sleep at all. I gave it a good chance. Spritzing my pillows, my pjs and me lol for a good two weeks but alas apart from smelling gorgeous sleep did not come to me. Of course for others it may work brilliantly I can only comment for myself. I would still purchase this and use it as a wonderful smelling hydrating body mist. But I will have to stick with another brand of sleep spray I’m afraid. Sorry.

Use for the perfect nights sleep
Completely different to any other sleep mist I've used before. Very subtle scent but it does work. Perfect for helping you to wind down at the end of the day. Favourite this about this is that it doesn't have an overpowering lavender scent like other sleep sprays do.

Can't sleep without this anymore!
Love this mist - the smell is wonderful and it really does what it says on tin! Since I've started using it I'm sleeping better and for longer! I love using it both on my pillow and skin - it's not greasy and it hydrated the skin! Couldn't recommend it more!

Finally I can sleep!!
I’ve struggled sleeping (ahem could be due to age) for years. I loved the Sanctuary Sleep Mist …. It smells divine and really helped me to get to sleep and more importantly, stay asleep!! Love love love this product!!

Subtle relaxation
Very different to what I was expecting and unlike other sleep mists I have tried which have been based heavily on lavender... This spray is subtle and unique and instantaneously helped me to wind down at end of a long day.

Sanctuary Spa sleep mist
I tried this sleep mist every night for 2 weeks, the smell is nice and not to intense, I did notice I wasn't waking as frequent throughout the night, generally feeling more awake in a morning.
