I decided to get a range of myvitamins to help me with my lack of energy and peri menopause. I’m using them alongside marine collagen 1000mg and Radiance vitamins both by Holland & Barrett. The Maca I got to support me through the menopause and in conjunction with HRT patches they are doing really well
