Designed as a two-step routine, simply apply the strips, then brush your teeth as normal with the toothpaste. Together, they coat the teeth in PAP, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroxyapatite, ingredients included to visibly soften stains, strengthen enamel, and support overall oral health for a visibly lighter, cleaner-looking smile.

Dry your teeth before applying the whitening strips, using the longer strip for the top teeth and the shorter one for the bottom. Leave on for up to 60 minutes, avoiding food and drink during this time. Once removed, brush your teeth as normal.
