- While in the bath or shower, simply massage your body in circular motions, concentrating on elbows, knees and feet then rinse well.

Fine grit!
Lots of super fine granules that buff away dead skin perfectly. I love a scrub with fine granules but there has to be enough of them as otherwise it isn’t effective. There are plenty here, my skin is soooooo smooth afterwards and it’s such a bargain.
