Isn't stingy
Probably not the best person to review on this but I'm going to anyway... I'm VERY lucky in that I don't tend to suffer with panda eyes (don't worry I do get acne so I'm not that blessed). But what I will say is, it's nice creamy. Not too creamy so it seeps into my eyes and makes them stingy, but it's just enough to soak into area around the eyes. It also doesn't leave the corner of your eyes feeling stingy like some eye creams I've used have .. unless that just means I've been allergic to them in the past. But take from that what you will.

I’ve only started using this eye cream. I can’t say if it’s working just yet as from the reviews people notice a different after weeks. My eyes are tired, puffy and have dark circles. I’ve had this for 18 years, I hope it works. Been using this as part of my daily routine since my purchase. It’s moisturising and little goes a long way.
