I’ve repurchased this a few times now. It is watery out of the bottle but it is lightweight and super hydrating, so you only need a few drops. I personally can’t see a lot of the plumping effect but I can definitely feel it, and I really notice if I don’t use it. It sits nicely under make up aswell so I can use it both morning and night. I will never be without this now!
