I bought this since I tend to have a bit of a scurfy scalp, I've used it the once and have noticed a decrease in the amount of remaining flakes in my hair versus not using a scalp treatment. I found it easy to use. It's a very watery formula, and is easy to massage in. I let it sit for a good ten minutes, and rinsed it out, then shampooed my hair twice, and then condition.
