I wasn’t expecting a plumping boost from a lip balm (just as well!) but did think it would make my lips less dry. It feels good when applied but requires to be applied many times during the day and my lips feel dry in the morning after applying at bedtime. Usually like INKEY list products but this one is definitely not for me.
