I would highly recommend these, I’m on my third bottle and noticed massive difference. For the past couple of years I was prone to sniffles and throat aches every few weeks, any bit of cold weather or change in diet would set me off. Since I’ve been using these drops I haven’t had any symptoms. I even felt a bit of a croaky throat on an evening and once I’ve taken the drops in the morning the cold hasn’t escalated. They work!
