Consistency is key
Used this many years ago on a nightly basis for 3 months give or take a few nights I forgot. But this does work for me. The key is to stay consistent. It really helped with my hair breakage as well as filling in very mild traction alopecia where the root hadn't completely been removed. A vigorous head massage helps too. Light weight formula pleasant to use. No adverse effects.
