Squalane Cleanser (50ml)
This gentle formula effectively breaks down, dissolves and removes makeup to leave your skin feeling fresh and clean. The hydrating cleanser is enriched with Squalane and Lipophilic Esters to moisturise the skin and prevent the dry, tight feeling that can follow the use of traditional cleansers. The texture of the cleanser transforms from a nourishing balm to a clear, oil-like consistency. Salicylic Acid 2% Masque (50ml)
Clarifying and renewing, this face mask is suitable for oily and blemish prone skin, helping to reduce the appearance of imperfections while revealing the more radiant skin underneath. A blend of Charcoal and Clay provides an intense cleanse, working to draw out impurities from the pores to minimise the appearance of blackheads, blemishes and clogged pores. Salicylic Acid exfoliates, promoting a smoother and clearer complexion. Dead skin cells on the skin’s surface are dislodged to leave your complexion glowing, with a more even tone. This rinse off mask is perfect for a pamper evening or as a rescue treatment for when your skin is feeling congested.
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (30ml)
Purify dull and congested skin with this clarifying serum. Harnessing the powers of advanced science and high concentrations of vitamins and minerals, the lightweight serum infuses skin with an intense dose of Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which has been proven to minimise the look of blemishes and discolouration. The addition of Zinc Salt balances the formula, helping to regulate sebum production for a visibly fresher and refined complexion.
Natural Moisturising Factors + HA (30ml)
This non-greasy moisturiser lends skin a selection of Natural Moisturising Factors to help protect and nourish. Glycerine and molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid quench dryness, while essential amino and fatty acids replenish the lipid layer for improved water retention. A complex blend of Phospholipids, Triglycerides and Saccharides ensure long-lasting results for skin that feels smooth, soft and supple. The oil-free yet hydrating formula is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid to plump and moisturise the skin without feeling heavy. As well as being vegan, the face cream is also ideal for all skin types – but especially those with a drier complexion.

Amazing products - 2 weeks great results already!
I have been suffering with mild acne since my late teens and I’m now 25. I had bought into ProActive over a year ago, and it was working ok-ish, I just thought that was the best any product would do. I persevered with the brand for 12+ months, but after it starting to leave my skin feeling claggy and greasy/slimy, I gave up. I then did some research on skincare and started from scratch, and the price of these products along with the smart branding and scientific support, was hard to resist so I thought I’d give it a go. I am not disappointed! Within 2 weeks there is a noticeable improvement. Don’t get me wrong, my blemishes didn’t disappear overnight, but any redness disappeared much faster and angry poppable zits were easier to manage and they ended up going away. Also, NOTE: it was quite daunting when I did more research on what products to use, and what they were compatible with and not compatible with. It took a fair bit of reading to wrap my head around it all. But there’s plenty of reliable websites/blogs/articles to help you build your regime. I have combined my skincare regime with the Pixi Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel and the Pixi Glow Tonic (as TO Glycolic Acid 7% was near on impossible to source). But this little bundle is amazing. The Squalane Cleanser is a nice little product for cleansing, and leaves my skin soft. I then use the Glow Tonic to tone my skin and exfoliate, followed by the Niacinamide + zinc serum, which is a great product too. This leaves my skin feeling soft and glowing. I finish up with the Natural Moisturiser, which is a weightless, non greasy moisturiser which is one of my favourite TO products so far. I’ve always been so hesitant of moisturising as I have oil prone skin, and worry it will cause a breakout or have a shiny look. But this one doesn’t! And it goes so well under makeup. My personal favourite product in this bundle is the Salicylic Masque. It is fantastic. It goes on very easily and spreads nicely, dries quickly but doesn’t feel like it will crack. The best bit is that it is so easy to remove! If you use a warm flannel/cloth, gently apply pressure to a certain area and then wipe it away, it comes straight off and my skin is glowing and refreshed. I love it!! The reason I haven’t given TO 5* is because it is very difficult to source and find anywhere that has the products I want. I would love to try their Salicylic Solution 2% but I can’t find it anywhere in stock. I also would love to reorder this set, but within 2 weeks, it has gone out of stock and not come back in yet. This isn’t a reliable product to source so I am now starting to look around at competitors who are better at supplying their products. If they were able to keep up with supply and demand, I would give them 5* for sure and stick with this affordable brand.

This brand is a game changer
I love The Ordinary! I had seen the brand before but never really looked into it but a few friends/relatives have been raving about it so thought id give it a try. Such good value for money and the products are so good. I have been using this set for about a week now and already my skin looks clearer and brighter. I cant wait to try more of their products. The cleanser is really creamy and light, mask is so deep cleansing, serum is great and goes well under makeup and the moisturiser is beautifully rich but doesnt make my skin oily. FAB brand!
