I love this pillow spray I originally brought it for my self but tried it on my sons pillow as he’s autistic and struggles to shut off at night but love lavender smells it worked wonders on him and now is part of his sleep routine every night I have tried cheaper ones but they are not as good in my opinion

I’ve found this smells nice and I’ve slept reasonably well with it but doesn’t feel like it’s had a huge impact on my sleep pattern. I’m a very difficult sleeper anyway though (hence I tried it). Not sure it’s worth the price.
