This smells nice but it is overpriced- especially for such a small bottle. Can’t say it has improved my sleep. Lavender essential oil on my pulse points or in the bath has helped my sleep more than this.

My favourite smell
This smell of lavender is so unique and so real smelling. Like it doesn't smell fake like when you smell a lavender candle. That's what puts me off buying cheaper lavender pillow sprays. Unsure if it helps me sleep but it does help me relax especially sprayed on fresh bedding it's my favourite! Just think it's a shame about the price like I could live without it it's just a nice treat so I try save it for my weekly bedding change cos it's so expensive.
