I've been struggling lately to get good quality sleep and thought I'd try this spray, oh wow it really does what it says on the label! Calming smell
I ordered this product based on recommondations in LF web page, product reviews. I absolutely love the smell but I have no idea how many pumps is enough. I spray about 4-6 times in the evening. I am not quite sure whether the spray helps to sleep or not, I still wake up in the middle of the night and wake up early (at 4 or 5 am) in the morning. I really hoped this product would have helped... but I can't say "yes, it will help you to sleep better". Anyway, I like the smell and I don't regret buying it. If it happens to help later on... after all...
