Lack of impact
Purchased as I need that shadow that provides a pop of light in the corner of my eye. Used to use a Mac eyeshadow colour that has been discontinued. This one lacks impact and pigment and disappears on application. I won’t use as it adds nothing and won’t be buying again. I typically love urban decay products but this one disappoints.
