There is a reason why Midnight Cowboy is such a well-loved classic eyeshadow, its a beauty! It's perfect for that pop of sparkle and goes with any other colour because it's so neutral. The formula is sparkly but the glitter isn't too chunky, you will get a small amount of fallout but I think you have to expect that with a glittery shade - a good eye primer will help

Urban Decay's Eyeshadow in Space Cowboy is very creamy, soft, and luxurious with a lot of sparkles on my eyelids. I I applied it with my finger and felt I got much better results.. I also to overlay it on top of my normal, neutral everyday eyeshadow. Give me such a nice wet look.
