How smudge proof it is
I ordered this mascara because urban decay have discontinued the lash freak mascara which I loved! And had been using for ages…. I am not as impressed with this mascara as that one and find it smudges more under my eyes and I get panda eyes no matter how little I put on it goes on easy and doesn't clump but I don’t think it’s as smudge proof or long wearing as the other one or what I was hoping for.
