• Apply only at night after cleansing and toning.
• Using a cotton pad, gently stroke a dime-sized amount over the entire face.
• It can be left on or rinsed off after 10 minutes depending on your skin's sensitivity.

• In the mornings you can use other exfoliants as per your normal routine.
• If you're using a prescription retinoid product apply the exfoliant first and allow it to set, then apply the retinoid product. Follow with a serum and/or moisturiser.
