The Aveda Air Control Hair Spray offers light and flexible hold derived from pine resin and certified organic flaxseed. The innovative, water-free formula sprays on dry leaving hair soft and touchable. With a irresistible 100% natural aroma derived from nutmeg, clove bud, vetiver, patchouli, bergamot and lemon oils this spray will give you long-lasting hold without the stiffness or crispiness of traditional aerosols.
Directions of use:
- Use in conjunction with the Aveda Air Control collection.
- Can be layered, depending upon your desired level of hold.
- To add volume, direct spray at hair's roots.
- For a tousled look on longer hair: after washing, towel dry and rough-dry hair with hands and a blow dryer. When dry, lift sections of hair and spray evenly through sections as they slip through your hands. Tease with your fingers.
- For an elegant twist: tease hair, spray then smooth with a natural bristle brush. Pull hair up into a French twist and secure with hair pins. Finish with another fine mist.

The best
This is the best hair spray on the market, my hair loves this hairspray and the volume I get is great, and it just brushes out, worth the price tag and lasts ages

Great quality hairspray
I have used both of the Aveda hairsprays for some time. This one offers the lighter control of the two and is great for everyday use. Does not dry hair out or leave a heavy coating like many hairsprays do. Also have to thank Lookfantastic customer service for dealing with a small problem I had in relation to my order. There customer service is very good and they were very helpful in sorting it out.

A super light finishing spray
Great for setting fine hair. Does not weigh hair down, a light hold so not good if you want a strong hold.

Held up at summer concert
I bought this product to make my curls hood a little longer whilst commuting in humidity and to have a loose curl by the time I got to my concert. I will definitely say this held up, and my roots didn’t puff up as much and I loved the finished look 5 hours later. Try this on keratin or straight natural 4c hair.

Brilliant hairspray for dry weather
I'm an AVEDA devotee and use both hairsprays - this one is best for dry weather. I curl using my GHDs, then brush trough with this sprayed on the brush. I then need only a very fine mist of spray to finish. The difference between this one and the other is the hold factor - the ultimate hold is just that - it'll hold better in damp weather, the down side to that, of course, is it makes your hair look slightly dry, whereas this spray leaves a slight shine. The only downside to this is the smell but is there a hairspray that doesn't smell? Using it in the brush first does mean that you're using less so have less smell to deal with. Overall I recommend this product.

The best hairspray
Seems pricey for hairspray but well worh it. holds hair in place without being hard and sticky and just brushes out. wont use any other brand. lasts ages aswell which makes it great value

Does the job
I was looking for an inexpensive hair spray that's easy to brush out. It did the job, not as good as the big pink Schwarzkopf spray, which I can't find on LF, but still does the job.
