- Choose weight: Select an exerciser or exerciser combination that you find comfortable. Don’t be scared - it’s just a workout!
- Insert: Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort. You will be able to feel its weight, but it shouldn’t hurt.
- Placement: The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in. inside the vagina. By that, you’ll know they’re in the right place. The only thing left to do is - squeeze!

I am a 46F with 3 kids. I have been doing kegel exercises for almost a year after I had a couple of minor leaking incidents (quelle horreur!) Since doing the exercises I haven't had any leaks, and I have even stopped the rush to the loo first thing in the morning. Anyway, I was curious as to how effective the kegel exercising was, so I decided to buy this ball as a test. As a couple of other users have said, I can't really feel it at all, just a very slight heaviness if anything. After further research online, this seems to be a good thing and means that I have succeeded in strengthening my pelvic floor! It is easy and comfortable to insert, and remove. I can also do deep squats with the ball in, and even pull down on the string and retain it inside. This has been a very useful purchase.

Vaginally weight
Was a bit worried when this arrived as the box stated it was for advanced users. Very easy to pop inside & pleasantly surprised when it didn't just fall out! Initially felt like I was walking with my legs crossed to keep it in, but after a few minutes it was fine. Feel like I'm over concentrating on squeezing pelvic floors when it's in but hoping this will get better with practice. I've not been using it consistently enough to notice a difference yet, but for the price it was a bargain & definitely worth a try.
