Dip Brush 15 into your favourite powder or emollient-based brow product (works best with Brow Powder Duo and DIPBROW® Pomade) and begin defining the lower arch of the brow. The best brush for eyebrows
I'm totally in love with this brush! I previously had it in a set for eyebrow kit (I bought it in 2012), then I tried many other brushes, but I haven't found a better one yet.
