Shampoo: Apply a generous amount of shampoo and massage in to your scalp and hair to create a lather. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: Apply generously to cleansed, damp hair. Using fingers or a wide-tooth comb distribute evenly to detangle. Allow to air dry.
