If you're looking for an easy to apply product as a first-time tanner and something that won't scare you with the colour it is this one. I am so bad at applying tan. This is so easy and I never struggle with awkward streaky bits and also helps mousse tan last longer. This is a perfect beginner tan and also a supplementary product for advanced tanners who use dark mousse!

The best gradual and top up tanner !!
I have used this a couple of different ways before reviewing as I rely heavily on reviews, so why not try it out properly. Firstly I used as just a gradual build up tanner, super easy to apply, nice moisturising feeling, healthy looking glow. I applied it every night and within a week the tan was natural and glowing and easy to maintain. The other method was a deeper (different brand) tan as usual wash off and they only last a couple of days max, I used this on the second day after the shower and each day after, it helped maintain colour without going patchy and flaky for at least the week. Great price for the quality. Smells lovely too !

Awful smell and VERY gradual.
According to other reviews, this smells lovely and a lovely golden tan with one application overnight. This is not my experience! Good points - the lotion has a lovely consistency, goes on smoothly, soaks in quickly and the pump is handy. Bad points - the smell is dreadful! It does have a very strong fake tan smell / cocoa / dog biscuits - but this did fade overnight. I could barely see any difference after one application. I've just applied another to see if it deepens any. Don't buy if you're expecting a lovely golden tan over night - you'll be disappointed! Only 3 stars so far - as it does say its "gradual" so I can't pull it up for that.
