This stuff is awesome I have long, fine - highlighted hair which needs alot of care to keep healthy. I've tried so many products and most don't do what they're supposed to. But this leaves my hair so soft, shiny and it feels silk like. The onpy, very slightly down side is that it can be a little heavy. Try not to use near your roots for best results.
