Leaves Skin Dry and Craving Moisture
I am quite disappointed by this product given all of the hype surrounding Elemis. I found this cleansing balm to remove my makeup really well, HOWEVER at what cost! It has dried my skin out to no end and my eyelids are red and becoming cracked. It is also a shame that this product does not come with a cloth/cleansing towel as it feels 100% necessary to the product experience to wash off the product with a cloth or a cleanser. I will be giving the remainder of this product away to a friend and hope their skin reacts better. I am disappointed as it was pricey and I would anticipate it to moisturise and calm my skin when taking off makeup, however unfortunately this product did the opposite. Additionally it gave me an annoying blur over my eyes for a considerable amount of times after I had used it to remove my eye makeup, leaving the product to not feel premium to me. After committing to it for a fortnight, I have now given up on it.
