I have been using this for years and I absolutely love it! I have tried other cleansing balms but none of them compare to this. Fantastic product - smells gorgeous and removes all makeup. Although has a strong scent this is very gentle and soothing on the skin, particularly good for skin prone to dryness. Have bought many times! Also good as a pre cleanse!

Cult for a reason
Went away from this for a while as I wanted to try some slightly cheaper options but you cannot beat this stuff. Leaves skin feeling hydrated and so effective at cleansing. Going back to it immediately.

I love this product so much! I would usually use micellar water and face pads to take off my make up but treated myself to Elemis (product was on offer as I do think it is pricey) but it is worth it. My face feels like it’s had a facial after every use as it just clears my face completely. I didn’t get any spots and my face was just so smooth. I even thought wow my face looks great.
