Infused with West Indian Bay, Lavender and Clove Bud Oils, the pampering blend helps to calm and relax your mind to leave you feeling deeply restored. A dose of nourishing Coconut Oil softens and conditions skin for long-lasting comfort.

Fitness Body Oil (50ml)
A warming body oil to soothe and relieve tired muscles. Restorative Indian Bay and Clove Bud oils deeply soothe and relax, Lavender helps calm a busy mind, while Sweet Almond Oil deeply nourishes for beautifully soft, supple skin.

Muscle Rescue Balm (25g)
Revive your body and mind with an invigorating formula that works to rejuvenate tired, aching limbs, whilst soothing and calming your senses. Infused with cooling Peppermint and Eucalyptus, the luxurious balm rejuvenates and revitalises muscles, as warming Clove Bud and West Indian Bay Oils leave you feeling comfortable and deeply restored.

Shower Oil: Massage into damp skin to create a soft lather. Rinse.

Rescue Balm: Apply a small amount to muscles pre and post exercise.

Body Oil: This warming body oil is best used before or after exercise. After your bath or shower, massage into skin in firm, upward movements towards the heart until fully absorbed. To intensify results, use after Fitness Bath Oil.
