I love the colour and it really doesn’t move. However if you want to smudge it then do one eye at a time and work quickly. It dries down quickly and is then not moving.

Higher self color is must have
I lost my first pencil and immediately purchased a replacement for it. This is an amazing off-white color. Also, I like that it is mentioned in the description that it is meant to be used in the waterline. I see a lot of eye pencils on the market where it is explicitly mentioned that they are not meant to be used in the waterline and MUA uses them... I recommend this pencil.
