The HoMedics Pulse Oximeter works to measure your body’s blood oxygen level. Placed on the end of your finger, the oximeter sends beams of light through the blood, measuring oxygen saturation and pulse rate at the same time.
The non-invasive device features a simple one-button measurement and an easy-to-use OLED display screen, showing results after just five seconds. Portable for on-the-go use, the oximeter can be used during physical training.
Make sure you’re sat down and resting. Place your HoMedics OxyWatch on the end of your finger so that the tip of your finger is as far inside as it can go. Press the button to start. After 5 seconds, your current blood oxygen level and heart rate will be displayed on the screen. These will continuously update while you wear the device. Use the device for 1 minute to ensure you get an accurate reading.
